Are you open all year?

YES, our Farm Village will now stay open all year round. 

Farm Village open daily 10am - 5.30pm. 24th December (closes at 4pm) Closed 25th to 27th December & 1st January. Open 28th - 31st December (close 4pm on 31st) Opens daily from 2nd January.

Entry to Willows Farm Shop is free, open every day  from 10am - 5.30pm. 24th  December (8am - 4pm) Closed 25th - 27th December & 1st January. Open 28th - 31st December (close 4pm on 31st) 2nd January.

Do you have picnic areas?

Yes we do, we also have shaded areas for those hot, sunny days and an undercover area for when the weather isn't so good!

Are dogs allowed?

No, only Guide Dogs are allowed in the Farm Village.

Can I re-enter the farm throughout the day?

Yes, all paying visitors are issued with a wristband on entry which is valid all day.

Do we need to wear Wellington boots?

Only if the weather has been very poor. However we do have gravel paths around the Farm Village.

What is there to do if it rains?

We have a number of indoor attractions. In the farm we have Guinea Pig Village, Farmyard Favourites Children's Shows and an indoor play area.

Do you have disabled access and facilities?

The farm is accessible in parts. We have disabled toilets and hand-washing facilities.

Do you have a somewhere to eat?

Woolly Jumpers Coffee Shop is open daily from 10:00am to 5:30pm, food is served until 5:00pm.

Farm Shop Coffee Shop is open daily from 10:00am to 5:30pm, food is served until 5:00pm.

The Farmhouse Restaurant is open on certain days of the year mainly around school holidays we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you have free car parking?

Yes we have lots of free parking spaces available, we also have free coach parking.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes, located in the toilets in the Farm Shop, the toilets in the Farmyard Favourites and the toilets in the Farmhouse Restaurant and also Woolly Jumpers.

Do you have facilities to warm my baby's bottle?

Yes there is a microwave in The Farmhouse Restaurant and Woolly Jumpers.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo.

Do you have wheelchairs to hire?

Yes. Wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis.
