How to apply
In person
Click the 'Application Form' button at the bottom of the page and print the form off and fill in all the details. When you next visit Willows, hand your form in at the Farm Village Admission Kiosk with your preferred method of payment. (Alternatively, application forms are available at the kiosk). You will be issued with a temporary pass which will be accepted until you receive your Annual Passes in the post.
By post

Return the application form to the address below and either enclose a cheque (payable to 'Willows') or complete your credit card details on the application form. By telephone
- Please call 0870 129 9718 between 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday.
- Have all your details ready including your credit card.
- Direct Debits applications cannot be accepted over the telephone and must be applied for at the Farm Village.
- Please allow up to 28 days for your Annual Passes to be delivered.
Annual Pass terms and conditions
- By using a Willows Farm Village Annual Pass you accept these terms and conditions of use
- If you are paying for your membership by monthly Direct Debit you are committing to make a minimum of 12 monthly consecutive payments
- An Annual Pass is only valid when used and/or presented by the named member as printed on the card. Misuse will result in the Annual Pass being withdrawn
- Each Annual Pass holder will be issued his or her own Annual Pass in their own name
- Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party
- The authorised holder of the Annual Pass must show their Annual Pass at the admission kiosk
- Visitors under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an individual 18 years of age or over
- Photocopies of Annual Passes will not be accepted
- All Annual Passes remain the property of Willows Farm Village and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Willows Farm Village with an Annual Pass of which they are not the valid holder.
- Failure to present a valid Annual Pass will result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ admission rate
- Annual Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher
- Lost Annual Passes should be reported to Willows Farm Village immediately. In the event of a lost Annual Pass Willows Farm Village will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £5.00 per card
- When applying for a child pass, an adult’s name and address MUST be supplied for all correspondence.
- A family pass is valid for up to five named people at least one of whom must be a child.
- All correspondence and mailings will be sent to the lead adult name and address given on this application form
- For your security a photograph will be taken when you first use your membership cards and held on our system for authorisation of your pass on entry. Please note the photo will only be used for the purpose of verification
- The Lifetime Guarantee applies to the published full price at the time of the application
- Separate terms and conditions apply for ‘Nanny’ and ‘Child Minder’ cards on request from the Admission Kiosk
- Extra charge applies for entry to Santa's Grotto for Annual Pass Members
